The ultimate combination of services specifically tailored for you body and it’s needs. Our customized bodywork session includes deep tissue massage, sports modalities, cupping, scraping and needling as needed. 60, 90, 120 Minute Session

An intense full body treatment with athletes and military in mind. We combine your personal fitness goals with our clinical assessment to help you work through whatever you put your body through. This is the preferred service for those preparing for military training, athletic competitions or exiting the military. It includes full body needling before tailored sports and medical modalities, cupping and/or scraping services.

135 Minute Session

Area specific cupping, massages, and stretching designed for those on a schedule. Work through muscle pain, joint inflammation and localized tension in 30 minutes. (TMJ, hand massage, foot massage, etc.)

30 Minute Session

Precision recovery session featuring 30 minutes of area specific dry needling followed by a 60 minute bodywork service.

90 Minute Session

From sensory issues to mental health and athletics, we offer a tailored massage for your mini. Per North Carolina State Board Regulations, an adult MUST be present during the entire session.
