Recovery for people who train hard

Sports massage is about getting results, not just feeling good for an hour.

A lot of people think massage is something you do to relax. It can be. But for people who train, lift, run or work with their bodies, it is also part of the plan.

Outcome-based care

When someone comes in, we ask what they want to be able to do. Then we work toward that: less pain, better movement, a body that recovers faster.

What we use

Hands-on work, stretching, cupping and kinesiology tape, chosen for what your body needs that day.

It is for everyone

You do not have to be an athlete. If you are active, hurting or tired of feeling stuck, we can help you figure out where to start.
