FAQ

Everything you need to know about your visit.

Swipe through the questions we hear most.

Do I need a referral to book?

No. Self-pay clients book directly with us, and no referral or insurance is required. We accept cash, major credit cards, HSA and FSA.

Do you only work with veterans?

No. We serve medical, post-op, relaxation, prenatal, pediatric and wellness clients, alongside veterans and first responders.

Which service should I book?

Start with the Introductory Session, or contact our team for guidance. We assess your needs and map out the right care plan.

Is booking different for veterans?

Yes. Once we receive your VA referral, we call you to schedule. For changes or another visit, call (910) 514-6251. VA visits are not booked online.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept HSA and FSA cards and are an authorized VA Community Care provider. We can also give you a superbill for reimbursement.

Do you bill my insurance directly?

With the exception of VA Community Care (where we are an authorized provider), we are typically an out-of-network provider. We can provide you with a detailed "superbill" that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. We accept all major Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Medical massage is generally an eligible expense, especially with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor.

What if I don't have a referral?

You can still book a session. Referrals are primarily needed if you are seeking insurance reimbursement or using certain HSA/FSA funds. You are always welcome to pay out-of-pocket for any of our services.
